For this reason Growth Coaching International (formerly Australian Growth Coaching), Macquarie University, and Australian Council for Educational Leaders (ACEL) are joining forces to launch the first Australian conference for educators that focuses on coaching and leadership development.

This is a conference with a difference. It applies coaching principles to ensure you maximise the learning you take away to create sustainable change in your work environment. You will hear about the latest research on leadership and coaching from exemplary overseas and local researchers and practitioners in the field of leadership coaching. You will also hear about inspiring case studies of how coaching has had a positive impact on results being achieved in schools and other educational institutions.
