VIC - Education expert and research director at the Australian Council for Educational Research, Dr Ken Rowe, is missing, presumed dead, after travelling to his Marysville property on what is now known as Black Saturday. A thanksgiving service celebrating his life will be held at Wattle Park Chapel, 234 Elgar Rd, Box Hill South, at 10.30am on Tuesday 17 February.
